For Wedding Stationery: Once you have chosen your Wedding Stationery and provided us with the required order details:- We will send you email confirmation of order receipt and that your timescales can be met together with a cost breakdown. A 25% deposit of the full amount is required before proofs of your order are provided. Deposits are non-refundable. Proofs of your order will be provided within approximately 14 days after receiving your deposit and sent to you by post or other arrangement. Proofs have to be carefully checked and approved by signing, dating and returning to us within 10 days as confirmation that your Order can be printed. Alternatively, you can email us with any required changes or confirmation to go ahead and print. Please check your Proofs very carefully before signing and returning with any alterations marked clearly in blue ink. On receiving your amended proofs or email with the required modifications, or confirmation to print, your order will be printed and ready in approximately 2-3 Weeks. (NB:Handcrafted Stationery 3-4 weeks). We will invoice you for the outstanding balance by email, post or other arrangement. With reference to the Order of Service layout, if more than the standard layout is required, ie a third hymn or a psalm etc, an extra insert page may be needed. This will result in a surcharge, please confirm this before ordering. All Order of service inserts are printed using a standard font for clarity unless otherwise requested. Any amendments required after the final printing of the Order has taken place will result in a reprint surcharge. In the event of order cancellation, your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Dependant on time of notification, we may be unable to increase parts of your order due to stock availability. We recommend that you state at the time of ordering all items that will be required, to guarantee stock availability. |

For Framed Gifts and DVD Montage: Personalised Gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering, as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised. We will aim to get the best possible quality from your photos but cannot be held responsible for the quality of the image supplied to us. Photos/CD's will be returned in the same condition as supplied. We cannot however, be held responsible for damage to photos/CD's during transportation. Frames may vary due to stock continuity. |
