Our prices are based upon the number of photographs you would like to include in your DVD Photo Montage and are also dependent upon which format you supply your images to us in. The higher price for using printed photographs reflects the amount of time it takes for us to scan and edit your images ready for use in the slideshow.

WHAT WE NEED FOR YOUR DVD PHOTO MONTAGE

To ensure the DVD meets your expectations and leaves a lasting impression, there are certain guidelines you should try to follow when providing your photographs, music and captions.

PHOTOS:

The photographs you select will depend largely on the occasion that the DVD is to be created for (See photo Montage Occasions). The most popular montages are normally to celebrate a person's life from birth through to present day, to give as an extra special Birthday or Christmas gift. Whatever the occasion:-

· Choose your photos wisely, it is the most essential task.

· Sort your favourite and highest quality photos in chronological order from earliest to most recent (If possible leave out any out of focus or grainy photos).

· Number each photo without writing on it, as this will compromise the life expectancy of your photo.

· If providing digital files in JPEG format, rename each file with a number in the order that they are to appear ie image001, image002, image003 etc…

MUSIC:

The music you choose will also play an important part of making your photo montage a success.

· Decide what type of mood you would like to set your DVD montage too ie emotional and slow or happy and uplifting. This will help you choose your music.

· Try to choose music which has meaning to the person receiving the gift and that will compliment the photos as they appear on screen.

· You may provide us with your original music CD or we can purchase your music choice for you on your behalf. You must have purchased each song for your own personal use to comply with copyright laws.

· By rule of thumb, a music track normally lasts around 3 minutes in which time about 25 photos would have been shown, so bear this in mind as you choose your music and select your photos (ie 25 photos per song).

CAPTIONS (Optional):

If you require text to appear over selected photos, try and keep the wording to a minimum per photo (ie approximately 2-4 words), and make sure your caption matches the appropriate photo.

DVD TITLE/END CREDITS:

· Provide a Title Name with a maximum of 25 spaces.

· Provide End Credits with a special message.
